Coconut sugar is a cane sugar alternative. It is mineral rich containing twice the iron, four times the magnesium and over ten times the zinc than regular sugar.
How is it made?
Coconut Sugar comes from the flower blossom of the coconut palm. Wild harvested from palm groves run with organic practices. The syrup is gently heated to evaporate the water producing a milk caramel taste and creating the perfect sweetener that adds flavour, nutrition and is LOW GI (35).
