Loving Earth’s certified organict coconut sugar is great tasting, mineral rich, low GI (35) cane sugar alternative and produced from the nectar of the coconut blossom. It is certified organic, minimally processed and has not been filtered, giving it a rich toffee-like flavour. Compared to cane sugar, coconut trees produce 50-75% more sugar per acre but use less than one fifth of the soil nutrients and water, making it an extremely sustainable product.
